Stoltenberg: I perceive a rise in tensions in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stressed the importance of the Western Balkans today from Skopje. He reiterated that he sees no military danger to any NATO countries in the region, but he does perceive an uptick in tensions in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to a BGNES reporter.

"We are concerned about the developments in some of the region's countries, but the strength and importance of NATO must be recognized." We've been here for a long time.
