Sunak to announce $617 million in additional military funding for Ukraine

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will announce $617 million in additional military funding for Ukraine.
This will happen during Sunak's visit to Warsaw, where he will meet his Polish counterpart Donald Tusk and the NATO Secretary General. The talks will be devoted to Ukraine and wider European security, AFP reported.
"Defending Ukraine against Russia's brutal ambitions is vital to our security and to all of Europe. If Putin is allowed to succeed in this war, he will not stop at the Polish border," Sunak said before the trip.
During his trip, Sunak will announce the UK's "largest ever single package of equipment" for Ukraine's war effort.
It will include more than 1,600 attack and anti-aircraft missiles, as well as additional long-range Storm Shadow precision missiles.
He will also promise over 400 vehicles, including armored vehicles, and nearly four million small arms ammunition./BGNES
