Lakers held off Pacers in a spectacular showdown

The LA Lakers prevailed over the Indiana Pacers 150:145 at home in another regular season game of the National Basketball Association (NBA). For the Californians it was the most productive performance in 37 years.

Above all for the winners was Anthony Davis, who finished with a monstrous double-double – 36 points and 16 rebounds. LeBron James, who also had 10 assists, and Spencer Dinwiddie added 26 points each. Austin Reeves scored 25 points and Taurean Prince contributed 14 off the bench.

For the Pacers, who scored 46 points in the final quarter, Pascal Siakam finished with 36 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Seven more Indiana players finished with 10 or more points, led by Myles Turner (20), TJ McConnell (17), Andrew Nembhardt (15), Doug McDermott (14), Aaron Nesmith (13), Tyrese Halliburton (12) ) and Obi Toppin (11).

Rick Carlisle's team is sixth in the East with a record of 40-32, while the Lakers are ninth in the Western Conference with 39 wins and 32 losses. In its next games, LA plays the Milwaukee Bucks, while Indiana has a new visit to Los Angeles, this time to the Clippers.
