I hope North Macedonia will continue its European perspective. We, for our part, have no more concessions to make. Moreover, the position we have is a pan-European position.
This is what interim Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said after VMRO-DPMNE candidate Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova won the presidential elections in North Macedonia, BGNES reported.
"Let's wait and see what government will be formed in North Macedonia," the caretaker prime minister said.
Glavchev added that Bulgaria would not make any more concessions on the EU accession talks for North Macedonia and the position we have is the EU-wide position.
"It must be clear to our friends from North Macedonia that if they do not comply with the requirements for EU membership, it will not work," he concluded. /BGNES
