Russia: The attempt to confiscate Russian property in Bulgaria will not go unanswered

The attempt to nationalize or seize Russian real estate in Bulgaria seems unprecedented, and Moscow will not leave them without attention. This is what the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nail Muhitov says in an interview with the TASS agency.

"Bulgaria was our friendly country, and now it is humiliating itself in front of Washington and London. It plans to remove the monument to the Soviet soldier Alyosha in the second-biggest Bulgarian town of Plovdiv and calls for the removal from textbooks of any mention of Russian aid in the history of Bulgaria. And now Bulgaria has already crossed the borders of reason - plans to nationalize the property of Russians. Does it even make sense to say that this will not be left without attention," Mukhitov warns.

Earlier, the members of the Bulgarian parliament discussed a bill on the nationalization of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast sanatorium-remedial complex "Kamchia", which belongs to the government of Moscow, as well as the freezing of property of Russians on whom the EU has imposed sanctions, TASS recalls. /BGNES
