Nearly 300 bodies were found at Nasser Hospital after the withdrawal of Israeli forces

Following the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the area on April 7 at Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza, Gaza Civil Defense officials discovered a mass grave containing nearly 300 bodies.
"We found 283 bodies of martyrs from the mass grave in the courtyard of the Nasser Medical Complex after the withdrawal of the Israeli army," Colonel Yamen Abu Suleiman, director of Civil Defense in Khan Younis, told CNN.
The town of Khan Younis has been reduced to ruins after months of Israeli offensive.
Suleiman claimed that some of the bodies were found with their hands and feet bound.
"There were signs of executions at the site. We don't know if they were buried alive or executed. Most of the bodies are decomposed," the officer said.
One of the men at the scene said he still had not found the body of his 21-year-old son, who was killed in January.
"I still haven't found him. We had buried him there. But we can't find him. And we wanted to make him a decent grave," he added./BGNES
