Britain's King Charles III has been admitted to a London hospital for planned surgery, Buckingham Palace said, a week after it was revealed the British monarch would be treated for an enlarged prostate.
"The King was admitted this morning to a London hospital for planned treatment," the palace added, noting that he thanked "everyone who has sent their good wishes over the past week." /BGNES, AFP
